Last Friday my tribute band performed an unplugged set. This was our first time doing this type of show as opposed to the full on rock show so the different dynamic was definitely a little foreign to us. The place was a dive bar, the stage was a matchbox, almost more like a coffee shop type environment as they typically have folk type bands. It made for a fun learning experience though. I thought I would share a few clips of the night that were given to us. Some are full songs.

Thank you guys. We had a good time performing like that and I'm pretty sure we'd like to try our hand at it again sometime. We tossed around a few other cool ideas for tunes that would fit nicely into an acoustic set but as of now it's only a ten or eleven song set. I really want to do Maver but my guitar player insists we would need that piano. I say when it comes to songs that the band never played live there simply is no model for what they could or would have actually reproduced in a live setting. So in essence we would be setting our own bar. I'm all gung-ho for trying to make it work.


Someone else told me they have a good chunk of Plush recorded so when I get that I'll post it too.


We are doing two Chicagoland shows at the end of this month and then Nov. 4th we are in Milwaukee. Those are rock shows though. If anyone here is in the Midwest, is in a tribute or cover band, and would like to play a show with us, (acoustic or rock) feel free to get in touch.

Both of these shows have entirely different set lists. Sunday's set will be mostly deep cuts.


Also, 11/4 we are playing at a place called Rosco's in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with James' Addiction (great name!) and Chained (AIC tribute)
