I think she should give them to his kids if anything.
Did he leave her with debts when he died? Genuine question as I don’t really know the ins and outs of it all. She just says she’s selling them because of ‘changes in her life’ which is rather vague. I don’t know her situation but if my wife died I wouldn’t sell my wedding ring 2 years after her death and then start putting other gifts she gave me on eBay. That wouldn’t sit right with me.

Jamie said she and Scott signed a prenuptial agreement before their 2013 wedding which provided that the musician would put $2,000 into a separate account each month that they were married, with a provision that the amount would increase by seven percent annually. To be blunt, I just don't think they were ever that close. The fact that she seemed unaware of his very obvious drug use in his last years makes you wonder how much time they actually spent together.

Yeah, she stated outright that he was "doing pretty great" in the last few years of his life, which is evidently untrue. We've all seen the concert footage, the poor guy was jacked up on so much meds he could hardly even move, he was a shadow of his former self.

As far as the money goes, who knows why they agreed what they agreed, or why she needs to sell the stuff. Probably best not to judge though, we really don't know anything about their situation, or her as a person.

I think anyone who wasn't an enabler or an SW apologist could clearly see that he progressively got worse each year for the last 7 or so years of his life, with the odd "good spell" thrown in here and there.  While I enjoy many songs on Blaster, the entire Wildabouts era is rough to look back on as a whole for me.

It's not like she parted with the hats and brought in 50k to remedy a chunk of debt or mortgage or something. Also, why did she go broke? Because Scott didn't pay her? What about amending your lifestyle? I'm not trying to slam her, but I'm just pointing out that some bullshit seems to be afoot.
