It doesn't even sound like he listened to the album the whole way through. It's as if he listened to only "Big Bang Baby" and maybe the first two songs on the album.

 I can hear the Jumping Jack Flash inspiration but to call a whole song a rip b/c of one line  off is just an incorrect statement. 

Reminds me of Between the Lines called a Nirvana rip off of Stay Away.

exactly. a very small part of the song is the same. very small. nothing else is similar at all.

I remember them saying it was an homage to the music back then and if you watch the video it does reflect that time period as well as the album itself.   They did say specifically that song being related to jjflash.

yes now, i had to think about where the "rip-off" occurred, and even then, all he does is say the name of the song and crash crash crash. It's not like an obvious rip off like time every time and heavens on fire.
