     WoW! He had 6 kids! Just imagine how his kids and family feel today! I wonder if he was planning this being that it's on Chris Cornell's birthday? He couldn't take his loss? Wonder if he left a note? So many questions now. The STP guys among everyone of course feeling heartbroken. So sad. Linkin Park still had a bright future as well. Gosh this has got to stop! So so sad.

This is so sad and so shocking. I never was a fan of his band but after seeing him once in person with STP I had a newfound respect for the guy as a performer and as a person. He seemed like a level headed guy who knew how to balance life/work. He came across as a guy who knew he was fortunate in life to have the family he had and that's partly why I can't believe he would do this. I feel terrible for his wife and children, they are the real victims here. RIP Chester.
