I thought 2017 was a pretty dissapointing year on the album front. The highlight for me was definitely Liam Gallagher’s solo album ‘As You Were’. I wasn’t overly fussed on Noel’s album and the direction he chose to go in, kudos to him for experimenting I guess but it didn’t hold up as well for me as his first 2 albums.

The last great year for albums for me was 2015... SW & The Wildabouts, Faith No More, Blur, Ugly Kid Joe and Art of Anarchy all in the same year!

2018 is set to be a better year that last year though with new albums from STP (of course!) and Alice In Chains! They’re my two most anticipated for the year by far... Add GNR to that list too if they’re recording some secret album with the (semi) reunited lineup but I highly doubt that! I’ll check out the new album by A Perfect Circke too but I’m not crazy about the songs they’ve released from it so far and the album artwork is truly atrocious!

Nothing matters again, I didn\'t think we\'d last that long

Forgot to throw in Danko Jones, WildCat .  Came out real early in the year.
