Did Peter Distefano tour with Scott and the Action Girls or was he just a player in the studio?  In the BE picture index, I have never see any pictures of Pete playing live.  For those who don't know, this is what Pete looks like:

For those of you who have seen Scott and the Action Girls live, do you recognize Pete?

No.
While DiStefano didn't 'tour' with them per se, he did appear onstage at a live show as part of the Action Girls.
It was at the 7th annual "Gimme Shelter" benefit that took place November 24, 1997 at LA's Roxy nightclub.

Setlist was:
-Son
-Barbarella
-Lazy Divey
-Divider
-Cool Kiss
-Lady Your Roof Brings Me Down

In late April of 1998, DiStefano left the band about 2 weeks before the Action Girls tour was supposed to start. This forced the cancellation of the tour's first 3 concerts and postponement of another, in order to give replacement Aaron Embry enough time to learn the songs.

I believe he was with the band during Scott's MTV live performance and the Kroq acoustic christmas show as well.

Does anyone know why Pete left?  I know that he had to leave Porno for Pyros in 1996 for chemotherapy.  I'm guessing he left The Action Girls because of substance abuse problems.

Yeah, he definately wasn't in Cleveland with Scott and the Action Girls during Scott's solo tour.  I didn't see him on stage or after the show.

Daniel Lanois was there, though.  Not that he has anything to do with this topic whatsoever... but I was thrilled to have the opportunity to meet him.  Cool Water kicks ass - everyone needs to purchase that album.
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

I'm 99.9 % sure he was at the MTV live performance.  I have it on video and he introduces band members at the end of the show.
