I can't believe this song doesn't have it's own thread yet!

IMO this is the best Weiland has ever sounded vocally on record... What do you guys think?

The entire No. 4 album is filled with great vocal performances courtesy of Scott Weiland. Another solid contender for Scott's best vocal performance, I always thought at least anyways, is Where's the Man.

How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

Overproduction aside, it is a beautiful track. I guess I'm torn because I know (most definitely these days) we will never hear this song live because Scott won't be able to hit the high notes.
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..

A fader would be a fat bong snap. Maybe something else in Scott's case in the late 1990s.

Such a lovely tune  :-*
I believe out of all of STP's songs, even over adhesive or peacoat, this song has the WORST chance of being played live.
Hell even Heed the Water Whisperer has a better chance!!

I would have never guessed it, I was going in a completely different direction.

This is an amazing song, I feel like I should listen to it more. However, I just don't for some reason.

Although it is near impossible for me to name my favorite STP song, if pressed, this would be it.

That sounds like a perfect way to summarize your typical STP fan's attitude towards this song

The chorus is so darn powerful for such a lovely song...KEEP IT COMING, I'M GOING ALL THE WAY!

The bridge might be my favorite STP interlude...and that is really saying something. Later on, again.

Its sad that we wouldnt hear this song live, I wish I could hear Dean's guitar fill the arena when this song begins. Love Eric's drums in this song too. A beautifully produced song.
