Question about vasoline single

I went the newbury comics near my house and saw they had a vasoline single i picked it up it has meatplow andy warhol and crackerman unplugged and obviously the other song the singles named after..is this a rare item? I've never seen it before but have always wanted some of there unplugged songs thanks guys

Not the rarest item you can find, but definetely rare.

You can usually find one floating around on Ebay, but to find one in a store is a pretty rare event and something you should be excited about! :)  I believe this is the only single that you can find Crackerman unplugged, but am too lazy to check the discography to tell you for sure. I would say that anymore, any of the cd singles are rare

nice very cool and they also have a cd called unplugged and more correct? I've seen that on ebay but I didn't know if it was legit.

No, that is not legit, there is no official release of the unplugged concert, only a few b-sides scattered about.

I have that Vasoline single on blue vinyl. Their version of Andy Warhol is fantastic!

This is definitely a great grab but highly doubtful you will find this in any CD store these days.


I was lucky enough to be interested back in the early nineties when singles like this mattered. Buying off ebay feels kinda lame now but if you really want something cool, find the interstate love song single with silvergun superman and army ants because its comes with a European tour sticker from '94.
